Late last year, Friends of Peirce PM members were treated to a virtual tour DC’s own Seylou Bakery and a bread-making demonstration with Jonathan Bethony.

This month, members will learn how their innovative head pastry chef Charbel Abrache uses locally-grown crops to makes whole-grain croissants, sorghum cookies, and buckwheat cakes. See some of Charbel’s groundbreaking and delicious work here.
